RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

What’s your return policy?

Returns for new items are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email hello@teesncrackers.com. We will send return instructions along with an RMA number. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered for approved returns of new items or damaged/misprinted items. 

Please allow us 15 days to process your refund after we receive your return package. 

If there is a quality issue with your item, please email hello@teesncrackers.com and include photos. If your claim is approved, you will receive the refund within 15 days. 

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
